Welcome to The Investment Center's login help screen.  Please follow the instructions below to access your account.

NetExchange Select Login Instructions

To log into the site, use the following:

Step One:  Obtain initial access by submitting the NetExchange Enrollment Form  (See below for instructions).

Step Two:  In the "User ID" field, enter the following:  the first letter of your name, the first four letters of your last name along with the last four digits of your primary phone number.  Example: if your name was John Smith and your phone number is 555-123-4567, you would enter jsmit4567.

Step Three:  Click the "Continue" Button.

Step Four:  In the "Password" field, enter the following: "TI" plus the Primary Account Holder's date of birth.  Example:  If your date of birth is 03/08/55, you would enter: "TI030855"

Note:  Once you log in successfully, you will be prompted to:

• Enter a new password between eight to twelve characters long (There must be at least one letter and one number).
• Next you’ll be prompted to answer security questions.
• To complete the login process you will be prompted to choose an image and personal phrase.

Important:  Access to NetExchange Select must first be activated by The Investment Center Home Office.  To request access, please follow these instructions:

1. Print and fill out the NetExchange Client Enrollment Form – CLICK HERE
2. Mail or fax (908-719-6490) this form to The Investment Center's Operations Department.  Please allow one day for processing.
3. Log into your account using the login instructions at the top of this page.
