Welcome to The Investment Center's login help screen. Please follow the instructions below to access your account.
Login Instructions:
To log into the site, use the following:
- Enter your Pershing account number with no spaces or hyphens in the "The Investment Center ID" field then login.
- Enter "TI" plus the date of birth listed for the primary participant on the account in the "Password" field.
Example: John Doe's date of birth is 01/01/56, and his account number is AAA123456. His Investment Center ID would be AAA123456, and his password would be TI010156
- Once you log in successfully, you will be prompted to enter a new password between eight to twelve characters long.
- Next you’ll be prompted to answer security questions.
- To complete the login process you will be prompted to choose an image and personal phrase.
